-REQUIRES UPGRADING YOUR PHONE TO ANDROID 13 OR HIGHER-
Due to the latest changes introduced by SAMSUNG in its production chain, it is possible that new
shipments of screens may present incompatibilities with old versions of Firmware. If, when assembling this 100% Original Service Pack screen, you detect that some of its features do not work correctly, update the terminal with the latest firmware version available.
-After the different tests carried out, we can confirm that these screens need the Drivers package included in the ANDROID Version 13 or higher.
To update the Android version on Samsung phones when the screen is not working and cannot be interacted with, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the phone is turned off. If the display does not respond, it will be necessary to open the device and remove the battery to turn it off correctly.
2. With the phone turned off, press and hold the volume "+" and "-" buttons at the same time. Next, connect a USB Type-C cable to your phone and make sure it's connected to your computer.
3. By holding down the volume buttons, the phone will enter "download mode". Even if you can't see the screen, you need to press the volume "+" button to confirm and continue.
You can also perform this procedure by entering "recovery mode", although it can be more complicated. Follow these steps:
1. Make sure the phone is turned off.
2. Connect the cable to the phone and the computer.
3. Hold down the power and volume "+" buttons at the same time until you enter "recovery mode".
4. Once inside "recovery mode" (even if you can't see it), you will need to press the volume button "-" once to select the second option, "reboot to bootloader". Then press the power button to enter "FastBoot mode".
After performing these steps, you will need to use tools like Odin or similar to carry out the update. Make sure you download and install a valid ROM. If you are not familiar with this process, it is important to have technical knowledge to avoid complications.
Remember that performing any update or modification to a device can have risks, so it is always advisable to seek assistance from a professional or someone with experience in this type of procedure if you do not feel safe.
