Impextrom S.L. Sends all your orders through several transport companies, so that you can choose the service you prefer.
The agency transport will take the products to your home. In case there is no one at your address to pick up the order, the courier will leave a note (as long as the courier has access to a mailbox). If there is any problem with the delivery, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
Impextrom ships to almost every country in the world.
The delivery time, without incident, is stipulated between 24-48 hours in the Iberian Peninsula and 48-72 hours to the Balearic Islands, since package departure from our facilities. We are not responsible for possible delays by the carrier.
Orders that are made before 7:30 p.m cash on delivery will be sent same day. From that time on, you will not be able to add anything to your order and if you do, it will be dispatched next day. Orders placed with other payment methods will be sent when the payment is verified.
Once we have received the payment (by credit card or by transfer), or as soon as you have made a purchase by cash on delivery, we’ll prepare your order that will be issued no later than same day 8:00 p.m (if the order is done before 7:30 p.m, otherwise it will be sent the next day).
Depending on day time, we will have different carriers to choose. This happens because each company picks up the orders of our stores at different times, and to avoid delays, at certain times we only offer the service of the companies that can guarantee deliverys in the specified periods above.
